The Republican-led Congressional committee investigating disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein plans to question Ghislaine Maxwell next month.
Representative James Comer, the committee chairman, said Wednesday that a deposition of Maxwell was scheduled for Feb. 9. A former girlfriend of Epstein, Maxwell was convicted in 2021 of recruiting girls for sexual abuse by him and and participating in some of the assaults. She is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
