The two Norwegian citizens, who weren’t identified by name, have been accused of “gross corruption and gross accounting violations,” said Marianne Djupesland, a senior public prosecutor at Norway’s authority for investigating economic and environmental crimes, known as Okokrim. The PetroNor unit was also indicted for “gross corruption.”
PetroNor said in a Sunday statement that it “categorically contests the indictment” of its indirect subsidiary
