Claire Hebert
State Legislative Analyst
Claire Hebert is a state legislative analyst with Bloomberg Industry Group. She analyzes complex policy issues and interprets trends emerging from statehouses with an eye on how state actions impact and intersect with the federal sphere. Prior to Bloomberg Industry Group, Claire worked as a state government affairs manager for a trade association representing the payments industry. She also has extensive experience providing consulting and research services for government affairs professionals in the health care industry; organizing and executing corporate events for think tanks; and managing alumni relations for nonprofits. She is a proud alumna of the University of Maryland.
