Oversight Republicans Say Action Needed on Fraud in Medicaid (1)

House Republicans reiterated their call Wednesday for action to increase “guard rails” in state-run safety net programs to prevent waste and fraud, including Medicaid.

The House Oversight Government Operations Subcommittee hearing on the topic comes as the Trump administration has threatened to cut off millions in Medicaid payments in Minnesota and opened up investigations into other states.
