Top Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino won’t have to appear in court Wednesday, appellate judges decided, granting the Trump administration’s request to pause a lower court’s order requiring his daily presence.
The US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit stayed Judge Sara Ellis’ order while it considers the administration’s petition asking them to throw it out altogether.
