A legal organization focused on curbing labor movement power is intervening to try to block Justice Department lawyers from unionizing in the final days before President-elect Donald Trump takes power.
A week after the National Treasury Employees Union said trial attorneys at DOJ’s civil rights and environmental divisions have voted to unionize, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation filed challenged the bargaining units’ validity on behalf of a DOJ employee.
